The Trail of Lights Foundation and producers work at the direction of the Austin Police Department and city officials to create safety and security plans that will provide all patrons high quality and safe experiences. The Austin Police Department maintains a command center within the Trail of Lights and provides police officers in Zilker Park throughout the event. The Trail of Lights Foundation also provides supplemental security personnel to work with the Police Department to assist patrons.
Emergency medical staff will be available on site. If you need any assistance, look for a guest services help kiosk, a police officer, or Trail of Lights staff member or volunteer.
