HOSPITALITY
The hospitality program services 50+ corporate holiday parties, 1-2 full park buy-out events, and the STARS program which welcomes local non-profit groups to the Trail.
Available positions include:
- Hospitality Tent Manager
- Hospitality Tent Staff
- Hospitality site crew
- Greeter
- Candy Distributor
- Activations Tent Staff

Platinum program
The Platinum program is a premium ticketed program that offers guests early entrance, valet parking, golf cart shuttle service, a private Platinum lounge, and more.
Available positions include:
- Platinum Tent Manager
- Entry Portal Greeter
- Golf Cart Driver
- Ride Manager

ZIP PROGRAM
The ZIP Program is a premium ticketed program that offers guests early entrance, access to the ZIP lounge area, and more.
Available positions include:
- ZIP Tent Manager
- Cookies & Cocoa Staff

Retail and merchandise
The Trail of Lights retail program enhances the guest experience by offering opportunities to purchase s'mores, cocoa, cookies and branded gifts along the Trail.

- Inventory Staff
- S'mores Station Staff
