Your vehicle admission ticket(s) will be emailed to you from our partner, Ticketbud - check your spam folder or junk mail as sometimes Ticketbud messages get filtered.

Each vehicle admission ticket will be included in ONE ticket attachment/link. Each page represents a separate ticket or transportation pass, depending on your items purchased – be sure to scroll through the entire document to view all pages / passes. Please present each of the attachment pages / passes on your mobile device or print them for proper scanning and validation from Trail of Lights staff upon arrival.

If you cannot locate your purchase confirmation email and passes, please visit ticketbud.com, login to your account, and print/view/download your passes directly.

If you still have not received a ticket confirmation email within 48 hours of the event, contact ticketing@austintrailoflights.org for further assistance.

You MUST have your mobile vehicle admission pass pulled up and ready upon arrival or printed for proper scanning verification and subsequent entry.
